Dama Dama Restaurant
At the Dama Dama Restaurant, Chef Emiliano Lombardelli proposes a cuisine based on the flavors and the colors of the local territory. Dishes are prepared using genuine products that come from small, carefully selected local farms and, in some periods of the year, these ingredients come directly from our vegetable garden and orchard.
We recommend the Tasting Menu for those wishing to undertake a voyage among the flavors, the aromas and the colors of the most particular land and sea dishes.
The wine cellar offers wines from all over the world, and especially the best wines from Maremma Tuscany. A special thanks goes to the renowned restaurateur Fabrizio Santucci, owner of Il Caminetto in Rome, who played a fundamental role in the opening of the restaurant.
‘Dama Dama’ is the scientific name for the fallow deer, a beautiful species that can still be found roaming freely in the woods that surround the Argentario Resort. The restaurant design and decor propose a contemporary vision of an elegant mountain retreat. From spring to autumn you can dine on the outdoor panoramic terrace.

Club House Restaurant
Club House is the ideal restaurant where to eat typical Argentario cuisine or alternative dishes such as a succulent club sandwich or a cheeseburger. The restaurant with panoramic terrace offers traditional Maremma and Tuscan dishes such as tortelli al ragù, grilled fish and shellfish, seafood spaghetti, Florentine steak, organic caciotta ravioli with tomato, octopus and panzanella. It is a restaurant that offers 0 km cuisine between Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano, and it is also ideal for families.
The interiors of the Club House Restaurant recall the tradition of the historic Anglo-Saxon golf clubs, but with unusual and contemporary details. Thanks to the large windows you can enjoy the view of the Argentario landscape, a panorama that expands on the beautiful terrace of the restaurant, ideal for an outdoor aperitif with classic and original cocktails, or where you can taste the best wines of Tuscany Maremma.
The Wellbeing Method
Our restaurants also propose the innovative cuisine of the Wellbeing Method conceived by biologist and nutritionist Luca Naitana. It promotes a new concept of wellness centered on reaching a balanced and healthy physical and mental state. The Mediterranean-type diet favors fresh and seasonal fruit and vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, white meat and fresh fish.
Born in the Argentario area, Emiliano Lombardelli demonstrated his passion and love for cooking from an early age. After attending the hotel school, he began working in the world of fine dining in 1988, with important experiences next to Chef and gastronomist Alvaro Claudi on Elba Island, to Chef Giuseppe Sestito at the "Mirabelle" in Rome and with Chef Armin Mairhofer in the "Anna Stuben" restaurant of Hotel Gardena in Ortisei.
In 2008 he returned to the Argentario as Executive Chef at the Dama Dama Restaurant. In 2016 he began a period of consultancy, devoting himself to other projects, reaching important goals in the most prestigious gastronomic guides and other activities such as the publication of two books entitled "Con Gusto" "and "Cibo". From Spring 2019 he is back as Executive Chef at the Dama Dama and Club House restaurants of Argentario Golf Resort & Spa.
Both the Dama Dama and the Club House restaurants are open to the general public.
