We are currently looking for:

 

SENIOR SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for reaching the targeted goals as defined in the Sales & Marketing Plan, specifically customer acquisition campaigns and sales activities on both luxury hospitality, Real Estate, Golf , Spa and food & beverage outlets

This position focuses on hotel’s international key accounts, luxury travel agencies, real estate agencies and web portals.

Requirements

-Master degree in Hospitality Management
-Minimum 5 years experience in relevant position in an international brand 5-star Golf Resort & Residences
-Language skills: Fluent English required, German or French is a plus
-International experience promoting luxury hotel packages and villas rental vacation is an advantage
-Protel knowledge is an advantage
-Strong knowledge of travel trade, luxury brand affiliation such as Leading Hotels of the World, Leading Villas, Virtuoso, Signature ecc…)
-Experience with key American or European source markets
-Demonstrated leadership and development skills
-Track record of delivering profitable growth with experience in budgeting and managing revenue and margin
-Understand and have empathy for the lifestyle sector, analyzing customer trends, the market, competitors and internal data in depth to develop differentiated and robust programme plans.
-Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
-Open, friendly and guest-oriented personality
-Self confidence and flexibility
-EU citizenship or valid work permission for the EU countries

 

SALES &MARKETING ASSISTANT

An Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager, will be responsible for working closely with the Sales Team to analyse market trends, report results and develop a Sales Team to execute the selling strategy and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

-Business degree, or any relevant qualification, would be advantageous
-Previous experience of 3 years in sales role with the ability to close a sale and support a sale & marketing team
-Language skills: Fluent English required, German or French is a plus
-Positive attitude and good communication skills
-Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
-Excellent organizational and planning skills
-Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
-Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
-Strong analytical skills so to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
