At the Dama Dama Restaurant, the executive chef Emiliano Lombardelli creatively interprets Mediterranean cuisine with particular care for local products, presenting them in a gourmet version. The restaurant was created by the renowned restaurateur Fabrizio Santucci, owner of Il Caminetto in Rome.
The cellar is run by the famous wine journalist and taster Luca Maroni, and pays special attention to wines from Maremma Tuscany.
Some of the wholesome products used by this gourmet restaurant in Porto Ercole come directly from our organic vegetable garden, which has been awarded the BioAgriCert environmental certification.
